Unit 1 St tropez Noosa sound!!! Do not stay!!! We have driven up from Melbourne to our favorite destination for the 6th time. This time around we used nhr / neylan and dowling and have been left very dissapointed with there misleading advertisment of this property. We have asked for our money back as we believe this has been an intentional misrepresentation of the property. 
Fair enough the owner doesn't want to spend money to fix it but don't show 10 year old photo's of the property and only the rooms that look habitable to make yourselves money. I have 2 young children that refused to sleep in there bedroom as it looked like an old run down prison cell!  Well actually even prisoners get better living arrangements! The bed that my child was expected to sleep on had broken bed slats and a stained blanket! 
After being told they could not offer us alternative accommodation the agent called the cleaners to come down and deal with the problem which was unrelated to them! The cleaners told us that they were fed up with the ongoing maintenance issues with this property and that they have been asking for repairs for three years and advised the agent to update the listing photo's. They have told us that it is a common occurrence for guests to complain about this property as the pictures and description do not depict the true condition of the property. The place is also riddled with insects (ants, spiders and lizards inside the living/kitchen area/cutlery draw).  Also, there is no air con but they reassured me that we would get breezes but the problem is that we can not secure the fly screen doors as they are broken so we are forced to sleep with open doors that can be accessed by anyone so we can try and get some sleep. We have managed to find alternative accommodation for the next 7 nights thanks to the help of Noosa information Centre. So far I have not heard back from agent! Be careful when booking with these guys and don't book unit 1 at st tropez!!

Great staff that were really helpful finding us the perfect accommodation.
Noosa is great. And the Noosa holiday rentals guys have great properties!
