Absolutely disgusting. Have not been there for awhile decided yeah why not. Had the Japanese chicken, and the chicken was off. Was asked have we eaten Japanese before? And then told that all the chicken is prepacked and supplied by noodle box so they wouldn't know if it was off or not. Got our money back but also asked for a bottle of water to wash the taste away and they wanted to charge for it. No apology given. Not going back. Also the rice has no flavour and the portions are different with each serve as we got 2 of the same.
I just got a “make your own box” and cost $29.00. It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. So angry and disappointed as I drove from Kallangur to get it. and was too late by the time I got home and tried it.
Really friendly staff and great food. Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick feed.
The noodle box I've had at mango hill was fantastic so I thought there wouldn't be much of a difference but this time it was just horrible. I ordered Mongolian beef and I have never had drier beef in my life. It was so hard to chew my jaw was in pain from just a couple. There was also almost no sauce and the noodles felt dry and overcooked wish I could rate it a zero.
I placed order for sweet and sour pork, got lots of plan rice few bits of pineapple lots of onion and few bits of soggy pork! WHERE'S THE SAUCE yuck yuck yuck! Order was through door dash menu Oh it's called noodle box! noodles would be nice not plan old rice Would not recommend ordering from here gross.
Would have given a ZERO if that option was available. I have never been so dissatisfied with a meal. The Combination Box was gluey, no vegetables and hardly any meat and no sauce. The Spring Rolls were not cooked properly as they were very soft and not crispy as they should have been. Very disappointed and will never purchase anything from this store ever again.
Very disappointed. Veg not cooked properly, very chewy. Ordered extra egg and tofu. Had 4 pieces of tofu, never had any egg. Worse meal ever such a waste of money, never again!!!
Every time I’ve gone there, particularly after having a broken leg they have been extremely helpful. The lady has bring my food out to me in a bag numerous times ask me if I’m okay the food was great and good value definitely recommended.
Staff are lovely, easy parking, and the food is spectacular, prices are good and the dishes are worth it We order every fortnight and have never been disappointed Thank you Noodle Box Strathpine
We got satay noodles, KT noodles and spring rolls tonight. Wouldn't recommend. Noodles tasted old/not cooked properly, the veggies were not fresh and the flavour was very bland. The spring rolls were soggy and cold. Would be better off making 2 minute noodles
