Food was really good, peri peri chips were nice n crunchy. Burgers we ordered were tasty too. Just need little bit more cleanliness. Glasses were really dirty. However overall was good service. Got served quickly as well and didnt have to wait too long for food.
Service- 1 star: staff here don’t know how to smile. Quite rude and unpleasant Chips: Zero- they were only warm. That means they were pre cooked and just re-heated but were rather soggy and cold. Photo attached Chicken was pretty good. I hope not to return this particular nandos.
The quality and taste of the food is amazing, their paella is honestly the best I've ever had. I will say that their portioning is a bit of a rip off for the price, the ribs, meatballs and chicken are very tiny and paella serving 2-3 is a bit of a stretch, quality is great, quantity not so much. Service speed is satisfactory, would eat here again : x
The food here is really good, both when eating in store and ordering from UberEats. Management and staff were super friendly when we ate there most recently. Food was served quickly and tasted perfect. Highly recommend!
Take Away meal. Chicken was amazing as always BUT.......chips were obviously cooked long ago cold and soft garlic bread had also been sitting for a while very dry and hard to swallow....... topping it off super salad was in the top of the same bag with the cooked food...needless to say the salad was warm and lettuce limp and wilted. Not what you would expect for a $50+ meal. When phoning in the order I was told 15-20 min. Arrived there 26 min after order so meal could not have been waiting that long if freshly cooked and restaurant was empty so no rush. Sad as we both love Nando's but this has put us off...
Ordered online and was told it would be ready at 7.41. Got there and was told there was going to be a 10 minutes wait which was frustrating yet understandable as it was a little busy. Then ended up watching other customers who ordered after me leaving before me, leaving me with a wait of 40 minutes an hour total to cook to a product that was second rate. Chicken in my BLAT was dry and my partner's ribs were surprisingly cooked to instruction however lacked the sauce as well as chips being cooked without care and one of the employees having to ask me which order I was waiting on. Poor time management and mediocre service.
Had our first Nandos and uber eats experience tonight. It’s only down the road but we had a $30 off voucher so decided to stay in and get it delivered. The halloumi Burger was soooo gooooood! Nice and fresh! The chips were a very sad... and for $5 I do expect more than the size of chips we both got! Uber driver delivered super fast and was polite! Will def have Nandos again! And will use uber eats to deliver it too :-
Went to Nandos Strathpine yesterday and ordered 4 mini garlic and cheese pita breads to take away...30 mins later I got my order. It wasn't busy either. Not enough staff obviously. I am not happy at all.
Always love Nandos. Tracey at this store is a really warm person! She is very energetic and passionate. I especially love a painting at the very inside corner. The one that looks like Freddy Elm Street lol.
Took the fams in for dinner and my kids are fussy. They loved it. All our meals came out quickly and super fresh. Definitely be back soon, and highly recommend
