They will generally price match so good prices but advise unless you're not in a rush for an item only buy what they have in stock in the store. Out of stock items they will tell you will be 2-3 days this usually turns in to a week or two or more and you have to keep chasing them which is frustrating as you can't phone the store direct you have to go through the group switchboard which takes an age. If they are getting an item from another store check whether they have more than 1 as I suspect on 1 occasion what I got was a display item. Only reason they got 2 stars is for large items that are delivered from store their delivery guys are excellent.

Joel was awesome! My partner and I came in to window shop for a new TV and Joel really highlighted how good of a deal we would get if we purchased on that day. He was courteous, calm not pushy and happy to give me and my partner room to talk and think. Honest and forthright he made an experience I normally really dislike into something really nice and calming. We now have a fantastic TV thanks to him and his recommendations. Thank you Joel

We found the Whakatane staff very knowledgeable and helpful. We had our TV delivered and setup by their Tech Solutions person (Ryan) and he was just fantastic making the whole thing quick and easy for us. Best money we've spent in a long time and highly recommended.
