If you are considering buying a TV with delivery & installation included from N L Royal Oak thing twice! Had good service whilst purchasing the TV from the sales assistants and that is where it ended. Purchased on a Sunday and was still waiting for delivery on the Friday I live 5 minutes away from the store. Received notifications from their Tech Solutions advising of 2 separate delivery times but on both occasions they never turned up. Contacted customer service 2 or 3 times to be told TV is in transit, even though I explained that it was at the Royal Oak branch waiting for delivery. I had to do all the chasing up until the Store Manager got involved on the Thursday, he promised delivery that afternoon but that didn't happen. On the Friday morning I go to the store and request a refund, my TV was then delivered & installed within the hour. Customer Service could not have cared less & were of no assistance. Staff members had noticed my TV just sitting there during the week but failed to follow up as to why. Worst shopping experience I've had.
Loved how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were! Showed me the options and helped find what was best suited for me.nnNoticed another customer being extremely impatient and rude to staff just wanted to say you guys are amazing for handling it so well! Would’ve really pushed my patience so good job for taking it so well.
I visited this Noel Leemings store a couple of months ago and was totally impressed with helpful service we received the instant we walked in. Not just by one staff member but 2 staff members displaying great customer skills. The made us feel very welcome, and took us directly to the products I was interested in. They gave us great advice and helpful information about the differences between the products. I was so impressed, I was more than happy to pay for the item based on the excellent service we received the price was great too. I highly recommend this store to all. Excellent customer service all round. Thank you guys .. AAA+++
Never buy from this store such arrogant behaviour from store manager, sales representative wanted to sell you everything, when it comes to repair or exchange that’s where their protocol comes and let you mucking around, better staff should understand CGA. It’s only 2 day old item evo wardrobe censor light has manufactured fault that censor not detected when walked pass , so I went for replacement, hahah Joke of the century manger advice that we have to send for repair WOW , actual product unit self $31 and non repaired item. This is peace me off and frustrated.nCOMMON GUYW TAKE SOME OWNERSHIP AND GET THING SORTED, again Never buy from here.
No wonder why the group is in loss, the staff and manager are super rude may be due to mu ethnicity. I have chambers of commerce discount but they dont know how to operate it. All other stores give discount straight away but the royal oak store wanted an email from chamber before giving the product. I will simply go and buy from somewhere but your staff needs to be in a mood to serve people even they are as same ethnicity.
