Very disappointed with the service I have received the last two occasions I have shopped here... Both times I ordered for delivery and have been promised on the day when I called that it would still be delivered, just for them to never turn up.. I have then called again to be told they can't deliver and have had to go receive my goods myself... The arrogance of the manager and his cheeky remarks was totally out of line.nWe will never be shopping here again

Shop was not particular busy but stood and waited for some time even though some of the staff appeared just to be wandering around. Service could definitely improve.  Even just to acknowledge customers is better than nothing

Very disappointed with the service or lack of service, three staff just walking around store and no one came over to help!

Went in for a quick transaction, and was helped very quickly by a nice friendly lady on the floor. Thank you.
