Staff member was rude and dismissive to a family member when they had simply asked about the rewards program at the store. Treated them with absolute disdain for asking a question not a demand. Pretty terrible customer service.
Got uber eats. They got everything in our order wrong except for the drink. Forgot half the food and the food that did come was quite literally inedible. Not to be a Karen but seriously displeased
I shop fairly regularly as I live nearby. Always friendly staff to joke with and great service. I also choose to shop here because the brand of bags of drinking ice is better quality than that which is sold anywhere else. It's called Blue River ice and is much better quality. It doesn't stick together or block together. Pls keep stocking this brand. It's MUCH better quality. Keep up the great work.
Last week I brought a faulty phone charger that they wouldn't refund because the box was open. Sunday night my son and I grabbed a few ice creams, that were expired so when we went back they still wouldn't refund us our money. Also the lady in front of us was trying to get a refund for a phone top up that hadnt printed our properly all the right sides had no ink It just seems like the staff here are impossible to deal with. Even though this is my closest convenience store, I will go an extra 5mins to the next store down. One star was too much in my opinion because anyone that dosent look after their customer, does not deserve returning customers!
Been there a few times, always friendly and the store is really clean. Not the cheapest, though that is what you pay for convenience.
Rude customer service each and every time. If I could give negative stars I would!!
Rude and arrogant service, shouldn't be in customer service at all.
