Good Ampol service station.nGood place to see a sunset.

Unsatisfactory customer service. During the afternoon, my friend and I drove to that location in order to get fuel. However, we had a problem with the browser, as it was not operating properly. We attempted to refuel , but, it came to stop while fueling. Afterwards, we notified the staff about the problem. The service member suggested that we put back the gasoline nozzle and make another attempt, however, the refueling process stopped on the second try. The staff member had a disrespectful attitude and blamed the fault on me. Instead of acknowledging the issue or proposing an alternate solution for using another browser in their servo, the personnel asked us to go different servo.

Day staff are pleasant & the hot box options are generally good with variety. However, service attendant Gabby in the evenings is a nightmare, so very rude and unprofessional on the two occasions that I had been served by this worker. Will be notifying management as necessary…SMH.
