Great friendly staff who always have a smile! I drop into this store at least a few times each week for a evening snack on my way home from work. The hot food is always delicious, fresh and never greasy! I believe that they use a special oil! I also enjoy the Night Owl muffins and do not usually eat muffins; these are moist and scrumptious! I love the Night Owl’s special deals and special offers; there’s always something great on offer. Great and interesting range of products given the size of the store including fruit and vegetables. There’s off street parking for those who drive rather than walk! There’s a great Terry White Pharmacy, Pizza Hit and fabulous Kebab Shop in the same small centre; all worth visiting!
Iconic! New store and management are incredible. I have been greeted with great service every time I visit. The food is also delicious. Like the Hot Chips & Chicken salt!!??? Honestly the best I’ve ever had and that is no exaggeration. Night Owl New Farm doing GREAT THINGS!
This new store has opened within the last two months. The shop is slightly smaller than the last night owl. I've heard rumours that it's under corporate management not privately run. Couldn't be happier. Very convenient now that you're back! The staff are excellent, they practice good hygiene and customer service. Store presentation is good too. Please don't go away!!!!
went to pick up a parcel. The presumably owner/manager in a suit said he looked everywhere but it was not there. The store had signs that it was temporarily closed. I then asked "where would the parcel be then if it is not here as my delivery card says today's date?!" He just said "I don't know." He then locked himself out of the Night Owl leaving his keys inside. I was about to offer him the use of my phone to call someone to help him - even though he did not help me at all. He then proceeded to be sarcastic and rude to my face and swore at me. What a hurtful and horrible experience. Customer service at its very worse. Serves you right for locking yourself out of your own shop.
In January, I dropped into this store for the first time, seeking a cup of coffee and was told that no coffee was being served but that a new coffee machine was arriving next week. In March, I dropped in again for the second time, seeking a cup of coffee and once again there was no coffee but the promise of a new machine arriving next week. When I complained to the person working there that this was the same story I'd been told two months ago, he stated quite bluntly that he didn't care and it wasn't his problem. The service at this NightOwl is markedly different from my regular one in the pedestrian mall in the Valley, where coffee is served and where the employees are always friendly. This middle-aged Caucasian employee with whom I interacted was just plain rude. I won't be back again and I would award this establishment zero stars if I could.
Flawless staff and impeccable customer service, the store is greatly presented and displays are full very easy to navigate for a quick in and out stop. Especially thank you to meg you are wonderful
Store is well lit, always has a nice atmosphere and the customer service is always great. Always has great hot food and their roast chicken is delicious
Had a bad experience having our car towed....some or all of the shop owners must be working with the towing company BRISSY TOWING, who are rude and arrogant and can’t even fill in their paperwork. Take your business elsewhere and black ban this Centre!! Share your story on Facebook but you won’t be able to go to the towing company Facebook as it’s shut down!!
