It's a cute little hideaway , while I didn't take pictures of our room , the room itself was a good size , I would've liked to at least have a microwave though to heat things up .nnThe bed was comfy and shower had good water temperature and pressure.nnMe and my partner Had to cross the road to the pub to check in which is fine and the staff there were very lovely and helpful.
We stayed as a family for 6 nights, and having an extra microwave, standard washing machine, and dryer really made our lives easier during our stay.nnWe went to the buffet on the second floor of the restaurant next door twice during our stay. There was plenty of seafood, Asian-style fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and even some good old English black pudding. As hotel guests, we also got an extra discount, which was a nice touch.nnThe team was small but really attentive and responsible. Anytime we had an issue or request, they took care of it quickly and made sure we were happy.
Very clean and tidy place. Extremely good pricing. Would stay here again :nnI sadly forgot to take photos but the photos the use for advertising their rooms are accurate.
Very convenient being right next door to the pub, meals were easy and room service was great.nWe did have a dead possum right outside our room on arrival, looked like it had been there a few days. It remained there the entire 4 days of our stay. Not a great look.
9/10 For redo, still has some old decor,but impressive! Carpet still leaves a bit to be desired ! Excellent shower,but be carefull not to smash the shower door on the hand basin, not a good design Cannot get on Wi Fi
