Easy shopping. Too much growth of creeping automation. Nice to be able to communicate and converse and be served by staff at the till. Automated tills are all right for those in a hurry, but you are in danger of turning shopping into an unpleasurable experience where your customers are automatons with money to spend
Popped in tesco Monday afternoon last week and was appalled more than usual by the sight of a young man being physically and verbally abused by the ethnic security gaurd all because some female customer was leaving the store with a baby and was expecting everyone to move out the way with her trolley and was pushing through usaul arrogant attitude was plenty of room but she wanted the whole corridor and unfortunately this poor young man got caught up in it and was accused of pushing and shoving as usual the gaurd jumped to her defensive and automatically assume this man was wrong and started aggressive attitude towards him telling him that he was and will have to leave the store so the young man protest his innocent and the security gaurd shouting at him aggressive and pushing him and physically grabbing him and pushing him. Was really disgusting just a man trying to go about his business after this along with the rude service at the kiosk having to wait for service when they can be bothered after they finished chatting amongst each other. From now on think I will be taking my custom to a more civil shop like sainsbury's
NASTY HORRIBLE STORE AND STAFF! What they do is dump excess stock on home shoppers. Want Cravendale? get stuffed. there's too much Tesco on the shelf so you're having that instead! The worst part is that they are targeting elderly, vulnerable and disabled. Doesn't matter to them if you tick 'no substitutions ' or not. You are going to get whatever THEY feel like you should have not what YOU want. ALL COMPLAINTS ARE IGNORED BECAUSE TESCO IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN ITS CUSTOMERS
Cannot get my car charged because Tesco has got a barrier in the electric charging bay... would not take much to recognise a bit of common sense is all that is required
Great shop.. lots of good prices
Can't pay in one place.... want lotto, food and something for your cough, pay in 3 different places of the same shop. Sort it out Tesco what happened to the customer comes first? Wrong pricing displayed, they won't do/offer anything
I visit Tesco every week religiously staff are friendly well most of them and 9/10 i always get what i shop for and there is always plenty of parking spaces and always well organised .
Store is fine-no complaints. However, the people on the tobacco counter need to sort their attitude out. Not once have I used it and not been judged, sighed out etc from one girl rolling her eyes an sighing at me because she had to stop her conversation with her mate to another person giving me attitude when there was no pen for the lottery stand and many other instances. I’m fed up with it! I actively avoid this counter and you should too.
Blimey Tesco's you wasted no time in wacking your prices up did you!! Everything I bought today was more expensive than last week. Tropicana orange juice up by more than a pound! Maybe time to try Aldi!
Well as I like to say "chaos reigned and we all got wet"... ...absolute shambles of a store ailes are too small for the workers with the home delivery trolleys plucking all the shelves bare whilst the shoppers who can actually be bothered to get out of bed to go and pick their own shopping have to try and weave their sorry selves around them whilst trying to find what they want to buy before being jostled out of the way. Also who laid out this store really tricky to comprehend what the simpleton was thinking. And then today of all days that I will now regret for the rest of my life there was a fire alarm which meant everyone out including the workers who all march in unison past all the customers whilst the so called managers stand guard keeping the baying hoards of the locals who are all on first name terms from trying to re infiltrate the store before letting the workers back in before the paying customers are allowed back in to either 1. Carry on shopping or 2. Collect their abandoned trolley with frozens defrosting slowly without an explanation or apology for the inconvenience caused. I won't be darkening your doorway again.
