I lived at Nexus Place for 2 years and from day 1 it felt like home. I really enjoyed the living arrangement and having your own bathroom was a real bonus. The apartment while basic, was exactly what you needed to enjoy time with your housemates. I also liked the community vibe around Nexus and meeting people from other parts of Australia and the world. I always felt safe whilst in the complex and knew that if I needed help, someone would be around. The on-site managers, Aaron and Avery are prime examples, no matter how big or small the request was, they were always understanding, accomodating and willing to help, which I am thankful for. In summary, I really enjoyed my time and experience at Nexus Place and would highly recommend it to any student studying on the Gold Coast. Thanks again Aaron, Avery and Nexus Place.

This was an awesome place to live. I lived here for my first year of uni, and they made the transition so easy for me. I had my own bathroom, a decent sized room. Most importantly, Aaron and Avery went above and beyond assisting me with anything and everything I needed. It would be impossible for me to oversell this location and it's management.

I lived at nexus for almost 1 year and loved every minute of it. Aaron and Avery are the best managers they are kind and very helpful and the facility is in the perfect location for shops, Griffith and tafe. All in all a real joy you live there

Very affordable student accommodation in a central location even includes free Wi-Fi! I study at Southern Cross University which is sometimes a 40minute drive to and from uni, and still could not recommend Nexus Place enough, it's a beautiful place to live! Walking distance to a variety of shops, parks and community sport centre. The new management is warm, welcoming and family orientated. The managers Avery and Aaron are easily approachable and work very hard to ensure a smooth and comfortable moving process for all students, and are more than happy to provide any help or guidance along the way. The students at nexus place and friendly and easy going, which makes it an easy place to feel at home. A great place to live if you’re studying close by and if it is your first time moving out of home!

Nexus place is in an ideal location and provides a nice student environment. The managers have always been friendly and approachable and helped to make my time here enjoyable.
