I contemplated writing this review but I need to be real with you if you’re thinking of sending your child here. This school has too many kids not enough resources, very poor attitude towards children who have ADHD and other behaviour issues, they isolate children and make them feel like they are a problem. We tried for 3 years and this school really escalated my sons behaviour they do not have any resources to help children who struggle in the school system there answer is to send them home and poke and prod them. They often say well if we don’t send them home we will have to suspend them ect probably the worst this I have done as a parent as send my child to this school.

Friendly teachers and Staff. Great experience for my child.. Amazing activities to keep your child active and healthy.

Highly recommend Ashmore State School. My child attened from prep through to Year 6. The teachers and office staff were excellent, especially Deputy Principal Veivers, who always went above and beyond. My child loved every day of school at Ashmore, which had a real sense of community. Ashmore SS did a great job preparing for the transition to high school. Thank you so much Ashmore State School.

I went to this school from prep to yr 6 and it still traumatise me

i hate this school so much like this karen teacher called me in front of the whole class just because i threw a piece of leaf to a ibis. Also when someone gets into trouble all the teachers gossip about it DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND HERE!!
