Attended funeral for long time friend Des Reid here. I was so disappointed with the quality of the video. We were sitting towards the back and found the quality of the video so bad that most of it we couldn’t tell who it was. Most was due to the fact the lights above were left on. So bad and upsetting for us. The quality of the cup of tea I asked for was not good. I may as well of asked for a cup of milk.
I have rung Newberrys when my grandparents passed and then again when my father passed away. The team have been excellent, making sure they handled everything with respect and making sure my loved ones were well taken care of. Aaron looked after my family and I when my Popa passed and then again when Dad passed, making sure we understood everything and making sure we got what we needed fto say goodbye. I highly recommend Freda and her team. I could not have wished for better people to look after us when we needed it
Jess and the team were extremely exceptional!!! From the first phone call to Newberrys to our departure with our loved one the team at Newberrys were amazingly supportive, professional and caring. Our whole family were treated with dignity and respect and anything we requested was catered to. At such a tragic time we are forever grateful for the amazing service.

After the passing of my father in Whangarei I was referred to Newberrys. The incredible way they handled everything for us from the first phone call to the final goodbye we could not recommend them more highly.
