Highly disappointed in this funeral parlour for the lack of professionalism and compassion shown me when I rang to request my tribute be read at my sisters funeral. Shameful. And the poor quality of the zoom! I could neither hear what was being said nor see the slide show or videos. Appalling way for my sister to be sent off. And I don't want to give any stars, but of course I can't post my review without selecting one grrrrr.
Efficient, personable and compassionate. Highly recommended. My dad was beautifully presented and everything went smoothly.
My family & I had the pleasure of choosing this funeral home for our dad and we can honestly say it has been an amazing experience. The staff here are extemely so helpful and so welcoming we couldn't have chosen a better funeral home for our dad. Isaac the funeral director is an absolute star! We were shown nothing but compassion and professionalism for our brother inlaws funeral service back in july 2018. From start to finish they helped us find a minister and drove our brother from whangarei to Napier. We were able to pay funeral costs up to 30 days later, which was a massive stress relief.... Definitely recommend them
At a sad and difficult time the team at Haven Falls were fantastic. Compassionate, respectful and efficient I recommend them very highly.
They are the cheapest in town. Beautiful, peaceful feeling here, Staff are helpful and compassionate, respect with our family and friends, who pass on.
