They don't deserve to be in business. They drop the slip in the letter box while i am at home and then take of which means i have to go and pick it up from them the next day. When i tell them what the driver did there was no apology just "Well we are NOT a courier service we are post"

Delivery to my address this morning not for my address . Delivery person very rude asked if I wanted it or not. So I had a look at the address on the parcel and it wasn't even for my street or suburb . He then blamed the machine that scans the codes. I suggested he learned to read and had an attitude transplant.

"Oh your package might show up someday" after being given a courier slip to come collect a package. This is what the attendant over the desk said. Very professional of these guys... not impressed

When I heard that I wanted to do hair donation, She was very kind and helped me, and I was able to do hair donation. I really appreciate it .

Worst postal service I've ever used. Very expensive to post overseas plus several deliveries have gone missing now / no card left to pick up and sent back to the UK!! Won't ever use again

I had to throw away time for pick up my parcel they aren't provided  kind service also loudly that times. I made the trip for nothing tree times

I have a "parcelpod" so now my Chinese mail doesn't get stolen from my letterbox

Very poor customer service.. The lady at the countermiddle aged was incredibly rude and when I tried to excuse myself to take a call she thought I was trying to take her picture....So humiliating.. never going back there again.
