I don't know if they are in this station but their names were Peter and Trissy. I came to Rotorua for holiday on 20th august. I was dragging my suitcase to the bus stop, which was about 20 minutes away from the airport. I was heading in the opposite direction to them but they pulled up the car and offered me a ride. They gave me a ride all the way to my hotel. They really made my day..Thanks again
Lady at the front desk is rude and VERY brush off ish. She doesn't know what she's talking about and kept telling me "I don't know, I don't know" in a manner that seemed as if she just wanted me to leave. The only reason I went to the Police station was for something really important to me. She made my experience difficult, further making the situation I'm currently going through difficult!! Police are there to help people, if I can't even get to that point because of the front desk, then what the hell is she there for?!
A couple of months ago I was the victim of a hit and run car accident, whereby a car hit me and subsequently sped off. I reported this immediately to police and was told that an officer would visit me to assess the damage and explain next steps. After two weeks I still hadn't heard from them, so I contacted them. After 4 weeks I contacted them again, still nothing. After 6 weeks I put in an official complaint. Two months after the incident an officer shows up at my house to apologise, apparently they had 'forgotten' about it. The person who caused the accident got off scott-free, I'm several 1,000 dollars out of pocket, and no justice has been done at all. I hope you'll never get involved in an accident like this in Rotorua, the cops don't seem to care unless weapons are involved or people got injured/killed, basically you're on your own!
Great architecture. NZ Police are great and do a wonderful job.
Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. They're on a comfortable government job and don't care.
The most condescending and unhelpful reception staff! This is where our taxes are going-employing toxic people like that? People come here in need of help and instead are harmed again- and from the looks of this review section nothing is being done to change it. This is so corrupt.
They do a great job but only get three stars because every time you need to see someone the front counter is always under staffed..lovely lady but way to old and slow for front counter job.
i was attacked and had all my clothes ripped off me and was told to come back in business hours
Translated by Google I tried my best with a translator to file a theft report when my smartphone was stolen at the spa, but there are still limits ... But, After a while, a young Japanese-speaking staff member came out and responded. I was able to file a theft report safely. It was helpful to have a staff member who can speak Japanese. However, smartphones have not been discovered yet. .. .. Original ...
