This lovely town has all sporting amenities,free library and heated swimming pool use, has play grounds for children ,many beautiful parks and one can walk up Mt. Edgecumbe or even join the annual King,Queen, prince,princess Of the Mountain race,there's the Tarawera river canoe competitions,adventure, hunting competions.
They are very helpful, great staff, always thinking about others, and the town is so beautiful. Well looked after. Thank you kdc.
My mother works here so it's an automatic 5 stars.
Council staff is very friendly and helpful - the town's facilities, parks and reserves are well maintained. Love this rural town
