So many very good Glassworks to view in this area.
Quite hot, understandably, as was a hot day also.nGood quality pieces, not a huge shop but varied. Would be interesting to visit every-so-often, as pieces would change. Lots of talent
Unfortunately no glass blowing today. Shame it has a very small gallery there was some wonderful pieces on show.
New Zealand Glassworks is well worth a visit when in Whanganui. The gallery features beautiful glass sculptures for sale and overlooks an impressive kiln. The hands-on workshops look like lots of fun and book out well in advance. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent thing to do for an hour or two . The glass lowers are fascinating to watch, friendly and love to play to the audience, particularly Katie.
