I have never had such a bad Sns  experience. I have square and round nails now. The side of my nails don't have any product on a few. They were so busy they didn't care. Over two hours for pedicure and sns nails. I only paid for the pedicure. Really bad!!

The younger girls are not experienced.  I went here for months and was satisfied as I was seen by older lady. Then I got continually booked to a younger girl who the manager expected me (the client) to train. I now go to Le Nails @Knox. Fast, professional,  friended cost effective.  They are also happy to communicate if they CANNOT achieve something,  not continue and botch it.

They have gone downhill sadly, even with their upgrade. Shame they use to be okay. Give them a miss.

The staff are rude and ignorant. Worst pedicure experience ever!

They should learn how to talk to the customer especially the woman who was just putting on epron was so rude .... she doesn’t know customer service at all!!
