Around 10 days ago I booked a last minute spray tan, & I had no idea I’d meet the spray tan QUEEN - Ashleigh! Ashleigh was so knowledgeable about spray tans, & even after nearly 2 decades of getting spray tans a few times a year, I learnt so much about the process and solution during my appointment. She went above & beyond to make sure I was the colour I wanted, & without any smudging or marks. 10 days later and I only just scrubbed it off. Thank you Ashleigh!Service:&nbsp;Tanning

Thought I’d give Rowville a second try as knox my usual goto was booked out today. My first experience at Rowville was painful, reckless and they employee was rushing and going to quick, but unfortunately the 2nd time was the same different employee as the first so it must be the way they do there process.  Knox Brazilian butterfly is a much better saloon, they take care and pride in what they do and they are a lot more professional and better to talk to also I believe it’s cheaper at knox as it was $125 at Rowville but $99 at knox exact same waxing.  Overall knox is way better as from now on I will always be going to knox. Knox - 10/10 Rowville - 3/10Services:&nbsp;Stomach hair removal

I have been a loyal customer for in excess of ten years and have been travelling from Altona specifically to get the high quality service that Robyn and her team provides. Not only does she make me feel comfortable but I know the quality of her service provided is like no other. I could not recommend her highly enough!

I got a brazilian, tinted lashes, brow wax and brow tint.... MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE IVE BEEN TOO AND YET THE WORST RESULTS. Don’t expect customers to pay that much if you can’t employ people of standard. To make matters worse, I went back to get it fixed and it has still turned out with lots and lots of hairs missed and the wax has snapped the hairs instead of pulling them out. Extremely disappointed, will definitely not be returning. I do a better job myself.

So happy with my experience, was much less painful than expected... Genta was a great therapist and made sure I was super comfortable throughout the appointment. Have already booked a follow up appointment. Thank you!!
