Whangamata New World was terrible to visit... It has a small car park to drive around and end up parking very close to the next cars... I would think after all these years New World would think of a better design and customer service especially during holiday seasons

Some products aren't consistently available but prices are good and staff are really nice. Can be mayhem over the holidays but they tend to have lots of staff on so things move fairly smoothly.
