Always has everything we need, staff friendly and helpful! Was shopping before Christmas, I think it was club day and was given vouchers, gifts and other freebies. Was very generous
It's a new world with additions, fast self, checkout system helpful staff, and puts over half of the dunedin region supermarkets to shame other new worlds are on par with some fresh choices yet without supermarkets like this for high density / in the heart of a student accommodation suberb, it would cause city wide issues, New Worlds & Fresh Choices have set the new standards, other options are now 50 50 at best and declining fast in many ways, will verify this when able to with my International university business analyst specialist qualifications as a pic other wise it's just a New World
The owners don't use security cameras for security reasons and watch workers and people and make false allegations against people and workers.
Very very very expensive but isn't that just the state of the world these days. massive slay. big variety of foods - gluten free isle and international stuff - that's a slay. I come here every 4 days tbh. New world has all of my money but it's worth it. ppl be friendly and the groceries be bangin. Slay 10/10
Great customer service, good price. Most of the stuff are available for daily need. Big car parking lot...Close to botanic garden and only 10 minutes walk from Otago uni.
Great selection of products and very handy to the student quarter. The addition of having a small mall attached and a post shop makes this a great hit with the older generation who want to make a day out of going and doing the shopping. The store suffers from a lack of sufficient lighting making some areas looking dreary although an abundance of light can be just as deterrent so if this were to be addressed, please don't grab stadium lighting.
