Our first visit here. I wanted a second opinion on my 3 yo son and Dr Umber patiently listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked over my son. Took swab samples to clear any doubt. She also took time to explain what the diagnosis was and instantly emailed me factsheets. Handled my son quite well. Was very approachable and friendly. Reception staff was also friendly. Office was bright and clean. Plenty of parking. Came at a quiet time so was seen within minutes of completing our new patient forms. Having online booking and being a bit tech savy with instant emails was actually really good too. 

Would definitely come back to this clinic for myself and my kids.

The receptionist was efficient, didn’t make me wait too long and she knew what she was doing. Met with Dr Umber, and I dare say that this was my best doctor’s appointment experience in Melbourne. She made me feel comfortable and really listened. She checked me for pains, which surprisingly, a lot of doctors here don’t do. She is kind and helpful and I was confident being treated by her. Clinic is small but with ample parking spaces. Will be doing my general checkups here for sure.

Dr Umber is always very careful and thorough. Eventhough she's a little bit of a drive away, she's our go-to GP.
