What a fantastic find! I was cycling along the Bendigo Creek trail and spotted this totally GF bakery. The choc eclair was absolutely divine and the panini roll is delightful. Can’t wait to return to try a pastie

Stopped in at this lovely bakery on my trip into Bendigo to grab some lunch. Great GF variety and the pastie was delicious. I only wish this bakery wasn't a 2hr drive from me. Would definitely stop in again when I'm in the area

Most excellent pastie I have eaten in 12 years. Knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain what matters. Take home bread mix the same as they use in the store.

I Visit this Bakery everytime l go to Bendigo,  freedom bakery has so many of favourite gf foods. They can do over the phone orders for larger orders too. Try the pasties in winter and the most delightful salad rolls in summer..Thank you so much.. very happy customer

Suffering from coeliac I have been missing the taste of amazing fresh bread and rolls and sweets. I found this bakery and we tried it for the first time and we will definitely be coming back many many more times. The two lovely ladies were so friendly and the variety of freshly made bread and everything else made me forget I have coeliac. Thank you so much for existing and making us coeliacs feel a little bit less left out. Cannot recommend this bakery highly enough!

Beautiful gluten free seed bread, light and fluffy bread, nice sausage rolls and gluten free things too

A true gluten free bakery, caters to coeliac's. Lemon curd tart is amazing.
