I was admitted to napean emergency with extreme constipation. I know it was a long waiting time but I must express my special thanks to the mature nurse who gave enema to me. She looked after me like my mother would, like a guardian angel. Women like you are blessing to tge community and world as such. I woke up and couldn't find her, but want to give a special thanks to her.

Daughter had a seizure at 10pm and was taken to Nepean Emergency Dept by ambulance after being assessed by wonderful paramedics.On arrival to hospital they brought her straight through to the waiting room in a wheelchair.There she was left sitting  upright, unable to sleep /recover for a period of almost four hours .She was given her seizure medication but vomited  twice straight away and nobody came to her aid.She was extremely fatigued and all we kept getting told was that she was next to be seen. When?.... after they have finished calling everyone else before her??? Not happy at all with the duty of care in  this establishment and quite disgusted that this is our health service.I have referred the matter furthur.

Degrading & inhumane treatment. Health at its lowest form.nnLack of transparency & trust & total lack of decent from the staff. Denied pain medication twice. Came out worse and will never be the same. As a consumer this is disgraceful. Why??nIt's sad the staff ignored a cruel family violence situation and created a huge crisis over nothing.nnSince when do you lock up a teenager in an adult environment.nnLike who does that.nnIm tempted to give 0 star.

The New Emergency wing seem very impressive with state of the art equipment with all bells and whistles from what you can see ,unfortunately that's where it all goes down hill , no bed available , same old staff attitude , parking a rip-off only other postive great place to watch footy on a Sunday afternoon till they turn it off which is highly likely then seeing a doctor here

The ambos be cool right... but the nurses are often so sharp in tone and manner. Like, dude I don't have a medical degree, let me describe the pain in colours. Basically, I think nurses need to be allowed to bring puppies to work and I don't want to hear about that being an issue.
