I will never deal with this company again and this is due to their poor customer service from the parts department. I initially ordered just on $1000 worth of parts for my 2014 Nissan Qashqai and found the parts department to be a little frustrating. Although I got the parts I asked for in the end, I had to keep chasing them up to for pricing and part availabilities. To be fair, at this point of time they were still satisfactory and I would deal with them again as I don't expect perfect service! I needed some further parts for my Qashqai, they were fairly small and inexpensive items, however they were still important. I found them not too interested this time around after I spoke with them over the phone and followed up with an email. I even sent a parts picture which was saved as a PDF from their own parts catalogue that they sent to me when we were identifying the first lot of parts. Two of the parts I required were on this particular picture, this would of then been as simple as checking pricing and availability. There were other parts I requested further parts pictures for and they didn't seem to be getting the pictures of what I required. I rang them and spoke with the parts manager who said to me I'm best to come in and go through the catalogue with him. I told him I will finish work early and come in on the following Monday around late afternoon. At no point did he tell me he was going on annual leave and not to come this day. I finished work one hour early, drove 30 minutes to get there well before closing time. I was greeted by a young bloke who told me the parts manager was away for one week on annual leave and the only other parts person was way too busy with me??? I did mention this was pre arranged for me to come in and that I finished work early specially. He told me to come back in a week and they would be able to look for the required parts then. I was very insulted and felt like I had just had the complete piss taken out of me! I then said don't worry about it and I will go eleswhere for the required parts, the young bloke didn't really say too much and didn't come across too alarmed! I went away very unhappy with the poor service which is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I have since made a phone call to a Nissan dealership in Chch and after an email have all my required parts ordered!

Went looking for a car. Found one went for a test drive and ended up buying it. There was no pressure from the salesman. He went around the car with us pointing out the good and not so good points then left us to discuss if this is what we wanted. Then decided on a test drive. Sold. They helped sorting out our finances we had already had the money but made a couple of mistakes on the forms so instead of going away to sort it he offered the use of the computer to get it sorted. Rang a week later about a spare key told sorry no spare key 2 weeks later we received one in the mail. So highly recommend to all.

It was our first time purchasing a car from Nelson Bays Motor Group, we found Jeremy and Vern great to deal with and would be very happy to purchase from them in the future. Thanks again guys, Brendon and Nicola.
