Incompetent and unprofessional. At the beginning when they’re focussed on ‘billables’ they unrealistically demand responses within 2-3 hours of sending an email. Hurried preparation of documents riddled with mistakes, obviously don’t proof read. When the matter finally seemed resolved Neilson Lawyers continually delayed simple tasks for months. Excuse after excuse. Even at the time of this review Jared Moss can’t seem to find 10 minutes in his day to send a simple email to end said matter..  I would’ve said only use Neilson Lawyers for simple work such as property settlements etc. but given some recent reviews even this seems out of their ability. Stay away from Trent Bowler, Maz Fa’aea and Jared Moss.

Have recently dealt with the team at Neilsons Lawyers in regards to some property issues with my first home purchase. I have personally dealt with lawyers who don't know what they are talking about, but the team at Neilsons know their stuff inside out.

Nick Palmer assisted me in conveyancing for a property deal. He was professional, approachable, friendly and he finalised documents in a timely manner.

I needed a witness for my signature they were helpful and very fast

I have been a customer for years and always get the best advice

They are very professional and worthy.
