I have a ring from Niel Thomas that was weakening. They repaired it to its original state to begin with at no charge. When it weakened again they happily put a cap on the ring for which I was only charged half of the repair cost. It looks lovely, the staff are always kind and polite, my favourite jewellery store. Thanks team!

We had amazing service today. I have been in several stores lately looking at products - the lady who served us was helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Took my watch in, to replace the battery, which they did, but didn't replace the seal correctly. So as a result it leaks & fogs up.  Sloppy Job.
