My son had his ears pierced for the first time and was super nervous but the team at Keen where amazing! Made him feel so comfortable and were super fast at their job. My daughter also got her second lot of ear piercings done the same day, the same people that did my son did my girls ears and made her super at ease too. Thanks guys for such awesome service yous rock! Will definitely be seeing me and my family again real soon .

I walked in asking for a navel piercing. It was quite busy when I went in but I was able to get a spot. Lovely customer service. I loved my piercing and my cute little congratulation notice telling me how to prevent infections and look after my piercing. A lady with short brown hair did my piercing and was super friendly. I love my navel piercing and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get it done.

I have had five piercings in total done by Keen over the past 5 years and every time I have had the best customer service. Reasonable prices, excellent aftercare advice and free follow up consults if required which I have never needed as my piercings have all healed perfectly. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Caleb I think your name is is super knowledgeable, an absolute laugh and makes you feel completely at ease while getting pierced. Have nothing but positive things to say about Keen and will absolutely be returning in future. Highly recommended!

bought my 2 daughters in for piercings and decided to get one done myself, the guy that pierced our ears was very professional he was easy to talk to and made our experience fun, could have easily rolled his eyes at us with my daughter being a lil dramatic but he kept his professionalism to the highest. Just went to Keen On to get a nose piercing with three friends who got various ear piercings, and had an awesome experience. Staff were super nice and made us all feel so comfortable and calmed lots of nerves. Thank you very much !!

What an amazing experience! How lovely are all the 'piercers' in the store! They knew exactly what I needed with a Daith piercing and talked me through what would happen! Caleb has such a calming presence and really put me at ease! It literally felt like I was talking to my friend! The piercing itself was a good experience, he gave me helpful tips along the way, which really did make all the difference during the piercing. i literally walked out feeling no pain in my ear! Caleb is my favourite person ever. I got a bridge piercing that only looks good if it’s perfect and he went above and beyond to ensure that it looks great : I do wish they gave me the option for titanium jewellery, but stainless steel still works great!

I got my septum pierced here about three days ago by a lady with short pink hair. She was very nice but unfortunately she pierced right through the lower cartilage of my nose not even close to where it is supposed to be, she didn’t even feel my nose to gain an idea of where the “sweet spot” is, she just made me look up and she put the needle through didn’t tell me to to take a deep breath in and out, she just told me to keep breathing in. I do have a slightly deviated septum but nothing major and i was aware that it will be slightly crooked but not on the completely wrong spot. i’ve had to take the piercing out because it was causing me extreme discomfort. This is such a shame as i was so excited for this piercing and i’ve gotten all other 11 piercings here at keen on with no problems at all. I hate to be a Karen because all the staff here a very nice and very helpful. I will be getting my septum re pierced somewhere else, but i hope to return to keen on for future piercings.
