if I could have posted no stars I would have.  I will NEVER recommend Neil Beer to fix a problem on a Subaru. I have no faith in their mechanics and the service staff need several lessons in customer service.  I took my Subaru 2010 in for a problem of it losing power.  They had it for approx 3 months granted it was over the Christmas break.  The first time they gave it back to me, the engine light came on about 3 kms out of town, so I returned it.  The next time they gave it back to me, it had a fuel leak! Finally after 4 months I have my car back!  I complained to the Dealer Principal and after 3 weeks have heard nothing back!  i could go on, but I think I have made my point!
