I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2011 Honda Accord through Catherine. Absolutely amazing to deal with, accommodating, polite, and worked with me to find my perfect car, and oh what a perfect car it is. I am extremely happy with my experience and glad to become part of the beer family!!!

I highly recommend Neil Beer Seymour, having had my Subaru forester for nearly 1 year the whole process has been so relaxed and easy. I want to thank Ray in particular for all his help in this purchase. Also the service team has been great too.

Very disappointed, I don’t like to complain but I am still waiting to be contacted by the team 5 weeks after being told they are following it up.  I had my car booked in to check the wheel bearings and was told they were loose. They were tightened and noise went away. I then had it booked in for service 2 weeks later they said whew bearings were too tight and wanted to charge over $600 to replace. I was then provided a report with a quote and when I phoned to approve works I was informed the price didn’t include labour. The quote was then increased.  When I did collect my car I found a used coffee cup in the cup holder which they blamed the apprentice for.  I kept complaining with service and was told that next time they would do things differently but didn’t want to do anything more than that.

I purchased a 2014 Holden Cruze from Ray and I couldn't be happier with my experience.  Ray was extremely friendly and more than helpful over the phone, but twice as easy going in person. I made the drive from Geelong to pick up my new Car and the entire team were wonderful to deal with despite being flat out on a Saturday morning. I couldn't recommend them higher as people to deal with and Ray got me a hell of a price on the Cruze. 10/10 worth a 2.5 hour drive to pick up the car

These guys are brilliant. Not many times do you get a terrific owner/dealer relationship after they sell you the car, these guys are one of the best. They just do great work combined with a wonderful customer focused attitude. I just like 'em.

Review was left when major repair was done back in January and I got no response after my repairs cost $4000+. I deleted review and star stayed where it belongs. I would rather not follow this up any further due to it causing anxiety. I now know where to do my car shopping.  Thanks

Got quoted over $300 for a road worthy certificate, Phoenix automotive $180. Absolutely Beer is being ridiculous charging that much because 'they are going digital'

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Promised a car that we put a deposit on then couldn't find us the car. Was told they could get us the newer model but for more money so we agreed. The financials side of things was terrible as alot of emails and paperwork were misplaced amidst someone leaving. Finally got the car after being told several times the servicing was free only to now be basically called liars when it was taken in for its first service. All the lies just to get a Sale.

We have been a customer of Neil Beer for some years and their is a reason we will keep going back.  Outstanding services and attention to details.  We must thank Greg and Mary for their personal services.

Just went in to buy a spare part for my car.Was told " we do not supply retail" i said thank you.However i was thinking of buying a new car..well no retail...no sale to me, thanks
