Very quiet and out of the way, rooms are nothing over the top but pleasant all the same, very friendly and helpful staff

Nice area away from most things. The cottages are comfortable. Good facilities and very friendly staff.

Visited this place towards the end of the Snow Season and it was worth it. This is probably the best off-mountain accommodation available in the area. The place is better than it looks in the photos. The cottages are great and so are the surroundings. The place isn't too far from Mt Baw Baw and is great even if you wanna just relax. The BBQ area also has a Table-Tennis and a Pool table. Joe and Maureen were great hosts. We were allowed the flexibility of just one night's accommodation on a weekend and also got a free upgrade to the tea-house (which was great with it's fire-place). Definitely recommend this place. cheers Maddie
