Beautiful hotel that is just a standout every time I stay. Rooms are modern and very very clean and never look tired or worn. Very friendly staff who are always helpful. You only have to stay once to tell that the owners and staff take great pride in their hotel and enjoy giving guests the best experience possible! Rooms: Clean, modern and very well curated. Walkability: Minutes away from anywhere you would need to go in Warragul. Food & drinks: Great food and drink options with the restaurant below.
Enjoyed our stay! stayed 3 nights lovely clean & cosy hotel On entering the lobby reservations area smelt beautiful and looked immaculate, friendly helpful staff who were more than happy to answer any queries. Charge back available from the seperate restaurant which is connected to hotel served up lovely meals. great size rooms which looked and felt very clean and hygenic, and great nights sleep. Free onsite car park underground easy to find and lots of car parks - highly recommend if staying in Warragul or nearby, will stay again Next time we are back in the area.
Wow these guys go above and beyond. Had a PERSONAL crisis when we turned up. We were off to a wedding only problem was my adult son forgot dress shoes and is mens size 15. Staff at reception assisted immediately calling local stores to check availability. We received exceptional service. ThankyouRooms: 5/5

I had a 4 night stay in Warragul in a King suite. Clean, nice room, comfortable bed. There was a small issue post visit. One email and things were sorted without fuss. Nice place, nice people to deal with! I would stay again, recommended!Rooms: 4/5

Stayed for two nights and it was great parking under driveway is a bit steep with a sudden flat at bottom if you have a low car maybe no bar and restaurant on site is great the service was fantastic with locals using shows that as well great place to stayRooms: 4/5
large room but odd setup, bed and tv location not matched and small furniture makes it look like something is missing. our bathroom fan did not work. had air conditioning, good car park and it's in a great location. staff were really friendly. would stay again but charging for bottled water also a bit of a let down.
Hotel looks 2000s. Very well kept considering its age. Rooms are decent size. Having said that, wall and floor between rooms are a little thin. Can almost hear everythingRooms: 3/5
