Very helpful staff when I came in just before closing on Saturday. My toilet intake broke and without knowing what to get, the helpful staff member sorted out a cost effective replacement advising me that it would fit most toilets and if it didn't fit, just pop back to sort out another option. Cheaper & better quality than the alternatives offered at bunnings FYI. Less 1 star as less of a showroom than when I was in last. Larger showroom in Maroochydore. Set up well for builders. Got my hot water system from here as it was a great stainless steel model at the best price
RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Vinidex reducing coupling, Bunnings $5.15 BEFORE Power pass discount so actually $4.89, They wanted $14.92 THAT's 3 Times more. Was prepared to pay a few bucks more than Bunnings BUT NOT 3 TIMES MORE. Didn't buy it so they missed out on their 700% mark up. When I mentioned what Bunnings charge, the bloke abrasively retorted "I DON'T CARE". TRYING TO PROFITEER FROM FLOOD VICTIMS, You should be ashamed of yourselves. Karma WILL catch up to you. Have informed my plumber mates.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this business. Had a problem exchanging an item and when I sent an email explaining the miscommunication, the Manager didn't even bother to reply, let alone apologise or rectify the problem. Too many other places with similar products so won't be going back.
