Time wasting, horrible customer service. Went in multiple times between the builder and myself, never told the whole story until the last visit, only had four grout choices in stock but was shown multiple different grout choice on a number of occasions without explaining that the majority would have to be special ordered with a extended wait time or just not available. The lady at the counter was unhelpful and rude. My advice head to the independent tiling shop a few doors down, really helpful, friendly and doesn’t waste your time.

I would like to thank all the woman staff at National Tiles nothing was a problem .I can highly recommend Noosaville Tile Shop because I will be to all my friends .You all went out of your way to help me .Thanks once again you are the best .A very happy customer ,I will be back Thank you .
