I couldn't recommend John more highly. Our ancient gas ducted heating unit had stopped working and John fixed it and gave it a long overdue service. I was expecting to be told it needed to be replaced at a much greater cost than the incredibly reasonably priced repair and service. John also serviced a gas log heater and spent four times the amount of time the service people from the company ever spent. He clearly takes pride in his work and has a wealth of knowledge. He gave a quote upfront, which ended up being only slightly more with the inclusion of the ducted heater parts. He also came out twice to finish the ducted heating service and check that his repair worked.

John is a dedicated maintenance guy who knows his stuff. He fixed our ancient Gasglo heater on the first trip, was equipped with likely parts needed (so no return trip was required), explained what he was doing at each step, and even asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean up the inside of the heater (during the job) and outside of the heater (once the job was finished). He also did a CO2 test after the repair just to be sure. John installed a new pilot injector, cleaned up the burners and replaced a thermocouple lead - all for less than some others (according to reviews) charge just as a call out fee. Highly recommended.
