We have had a very pleasant experience with LSC Homes in our first ever knockdown rebuild project. Andrew and Eric are just a phone call away, even after hours. This works especially well for us due to my hectic work schedule. They do their best to make a customer's dream home a reality, whereby they are very accommodative to customer requests and even plan changes, whenever possible. Even after hand-over, their diligence and response did not waver. They are quick to respond whenever we report any issues which is expected in a new build where it is the time to put the house to the test of time. We would highly recommend LSC Homes to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable builder.
If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and never fails to pick up your calls no matter time or day, then look no further as Andrew and LSC Homes are your guys. We went with LSC Homes for our knockdown-rebuild project last year. During the process, we have been impressed the level of communication, responsiveness and transparency that the team has provided. There were a myriad of issues along the way from council delays to neighbour complaints, which were resolved professionally by the team. At each stage of the build, we were kept well informed of progress and issues that arose. After handover, we identified a few minor issues that were fixed promptly. We will not hesitate to recommend Andrew and team for anyone considering a home building project.
Our beautiful home is now complete, we want to say a big thank you to our building supervisor Andrew and Eric. The whole process from commencement to completion has been very easy and transparent. They communicated with us the whole time through and always happy to answer any questions and tried to get all problem sorted. We are happy to recommend LSC Homes.
We built our house with Andrew Lai few years ago in Harcrest, Wantirna South. As it's our first time building, he's been very patient and helpful, spending time to discuss every detail with us. We made quite a few changes to our plan with ease, Andrew had been very accommodating. Few minor things we identified was promptly fixed. Overall our building process was quite smooth.
