The most understanding, professional, helpful organisation I have dealt with. Special thanks to Tracey and Carly for exceptional communication, guidance, expertise and referral for an extremely dire situation. Comprehensively solved an across country interstate issue within one week of becoming aware. Keeping in mind attempts by multiple organisations to solve these issues to no avail had been ongoing for over 18 months. No longer does an elderly disabled person have to live out of a suitcase, all belongings were stored in a safe, secure facility for all this time. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to help their client. If you want stress free secure storage with staff that know how to get things done with compassion, understanding and respect for your belongings these are the people to see! Thank you!! Thank you!! What an awesome place is the Hyde Park Branch withthe most amazing personal I could stand to be corrected but I think his name was Adam He was super helpful, professional and just lovely. National storage made what was a super difficulty process of moving and storage, so much less stressful. Thank you Hyde Park National storage Townsville! Hope you grow from strength to strength.

Offers storage, has storage...deal done...does need better toilet facilities..but that's only relevant to we old buggers
