They could do a bit of tidying up around the place but other than that the storage sheds are clean their rat proofed they make sure that the cameras are on nice little safe place to leave your gear

STAY AWAY! This place doesn’t care if your struggling with financial hardship during covid and they don’t keep promises. And they won’t refund you after you move out when you have a right to a refund! All they care about is more money. They will put your bill up multiple times a year and being a loyal great customer means nothing. So look somewhere else, I honestly think the other reviews are fake.

Never been there, I was across the street at the bus stop when Police hounding across town because I wasn't under the watchful eye of the CCTV camera in Townsville CBD. I hear BENNY IKIN owned this business before it was called National Storage. Son in-law to Wayne skinny jeans Bennett.

I left some personal effects in a storage locker which was then owned by Storage King. When National Storage acquired the site the new management made aware of the change and reassured me that it would have no impact on my arrangement. The changeover was seamless for me. I left my gear in National Storage Currajong for 12 months, when I received the effects from the removalists everything was in good order and condition, just as I had left it. It was clear that the storage locker was weather sealed and vermin free, my goods were well looked after. Billing monthly, with reminders a fortnight before, worked well for me. The payment options were flexible and I was able to make payments whilst on the road through on-line services. Communication with the facility management was always clear and friendly. I recommend National Storage Currajong as a safe and well-maintained place to leave your precious goods.

Staff were friendly and very helpful in giving me all the information to help me make the best decision Even went out of their way to show me the storage sizes.

It would have been quite obvious that my partner was struggling getting the boxes we purchased back to the vehicle, with hot and bothered child.Thank you for offering help on the last trip.
