What can I say about Brodie?  His been so helpful throughout the whole process, constantly updating me on the changes of the interest rates.  He laid out a few loan repayments options for me, informed me on other products which I could add on but didn’t pressure me on taking them on.  He was always available on his mobile for me to talk to him, any time of the day.  Great integrity, amazing professionalism, superb customer care, kind and good listener.  Great guy felt very comfortable dealing with him.  Brodie the legend! I couldn’t more speak highly of him.

I would never have thought getting finance could be enjoyable but my experience really was. Besides the no fuss application process, Bailey B. needs commending for his people skills. He is quickly and easily able to build rapport, is a down to earth bloke who is sincere in his interaction. I felt like I was talking to my son. He made the whole experience enjoyable and easy! I had a great experience with getting finance for my new car. Leisa was so lovely to deal with and went above and beyond. She was very helpful and you can tell that she really put the customer first. I would definitely work with her again. Emails were very prompt and I felt like I was heard the whole time.

I highly recommend going to Josh when using National Loans. This was my first loan I have carried out, so going into this process I had no idea what I was doing or what needed to be done in order to apply for a loan. He was the most helpful, great with communication and talking me through it step by step. It has been a timely process but I didn’t mind as he couldn’t have been more thorough. The best experience from a broker. Ray Sun was very informative and always there to answer any queries we had. He was great at pushing the finance through quickly so that we got our new car sooner. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
