About 3 years ago i had National heating and cooling install an evaporative cooling system and also a ducted heating system, i have had to contact them twice in regard to heating having problems and not working, someine did attend and got up in roif where unit is installed and said that he sorted the apparent problem with a sensor on unit. But now again nearly 12months later heating has similar issue so called them again this morning  (Monday ) just to be told no one could come til Thursday!  I rang back to inform them that needed heating problem sorted asap due to being ill , all i got was the person is busy with another client and will call me back. Still waiting on that call! Its obvious that they made their money out of me wuth the to separate systems . Im definitely appalled at their customer service , or the lack thrre of! Would not use them again.

Unreliable. I took time off work and waited for 45 mins, called the office and found out the tech was way behind schedule and would have known for some time that he wasn't going to get there until much later. Very disappointed with their customer service. A courtesy call would have made a world of difference.

Got a new a/c unit installed in Geelong, the tradie called Jeff  showed up late, installed the wrong unit, stuffed around, Took two days to install a simple unit must have been a tad slow. Not impressed at all and will not recommend national heating and cooling to anyone!
