I am extremely happy with the service I received from Holloway Air and Electrical. The entire team are amazing. The technician who initially came out was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Dealing with the admin team was an absolute delight. They also were very helpful, cheerful and polite, when speaking with me on the phone. The time frame from first visit to installation of a new ducted heating system was incredibly fast, and I was keep updated throughout the process. The technicians who installed the new system were on time, arrived with a smile, introduced themselves and started work. They were courteous and happily answered any questions I had. The site was left clean and my house is now lovely and warm ready for Winter. I highly recommend Holloway Air and Electrical to everyone.  Thanks team

I had to contact another service provider as the one I had relied on for the last 15 years has retired. I contacted Holloway on his recommendation. Young Brock arrived ahead of time to service and repair our Braemar Gas ducted heating. He kept me informed about what he was doing and when he had finished he briefed me on his diagnosis and preferred treatment. This young man is professional, conscientious, highly skilled and an excellent communicator. Holloway are lucky to have such a dedicated young person out there in the community representing them. I actually look forward to his return to install the new parts that will keep our heater working for I hope will be another decade.

From the removal of the previous heating/ cooling systems, all planning and installation work was very capably managed. Staff were great to work with and the ‘’works’ team were polite, professional and very capable. Would not hesitate in recommending Holloway Air.
