Made an appointment in view of purchasing new hearing aids, the audiologist is an Indian woman and after a few minutes trying to communicate with her I left the office as I realised it would have been a frustrating waste of time to advance the appointment. Many other deaf people I have met have problems communicating with Indians as their accents are better suited to dealing with Indians rather than Australians. They just make it much harder to rely on them, they are a nuisance in this type of business, it discriminates against the client, wouldn't recommend amplifon at all.
Thank you for your wonderful patience and service Sharon, my hearing aids are working perfectly again.
