I actually believe receptionist are rude. They will ask for a new appointment for getting medical certificate of previous appointment? How fair is that?Medical certificate which needed to be submitted to private health insurance should be provided by GP in their 1st visit. Its not a medical check up for which we have to book a new appointment. Thiefs. They are basically making money as people do not have option in regional areas. Business model. I am expecting a response from medical practice. It will be really appreciated if they can send me their policies where it is written regarding this.
Receptionists are rude. This practice turns their back on people. Was told by my doctor that he would take my family member as a patient as we were with him already at his previous practice. Load of bull, she was turned away. So you take a doctor from another practice and turn your back on his previous patients. Disgusting

Wheelchair Access, Bench Seat out the front too rest if you need.. it's a Nicely layed out Surgery with some Great Hand Painted Artworks Adorning the Walls, magazines too read while you're waiting with all sorts of Informative Reading as well.. Lovely Caring Ladies Too Greet You at Reception, taking the Stress out of Appointments with other Doctors on Site along with 2 Sweet Happy RN'S Diane and Courtney, A Marticulous Amenities Room, Kids Play Area.. With A Non Rush Through Appointment System, Doc will go through Everything you need too Discuss, You'll Be So Glad You've Not only got a Lovely Doctor Like We Have in Dr. Shah and The Team, You'll find it's Peaceful and Calming and Feel at Ease the moment you walk in..Yep..Very Blessed too Have A Great Caring and Very Thorough Doctor and Medical Team.. Great GP, I go every 3 weeks for an injection. Funny guy, quick service and professional but not too uptight.
Ladies at the reception are very helpful and lovely. The doctors there are great also, I've never had a problem.
Wonderful team all round from reception to the doctors. Highly recommend.
Great Doctors, lovely staff, not very often you have to wait past your appointment time.
