The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr Fernando was honest and kind. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated and paid more. Welcome offer $199 was a great deal too. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

Highly recommended NDC Darwin! Dr Aizza is very thorough and professional. Her assistant Cora is also very caring & friendly. And manager Karen is very helpful. Their environment is bright and clean. Overall this is a great dental clinic in Darwin I’d recommend to everyone!

Definitely recommend National Dental Care Darwin. Staff are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr Bryan is one of the most well-mannered and gentle dentists I've ever been to.

Husband has had a  toothache which has gradually been getting worse.  Today I finally talked him into going and getting it checked.  We regularly use this practice.  They fitted him in with the earliest possible appointment.  The dentist and nurse were caring, efficient and professional.  My husband suffers from anxiety, they bent over backwards to make sure he was comfortable. They went out of their way to test that the toothache was no longer being set off by hot coffee.  The nurse made a coffee for him from her own stash.

As someone who has a fear of dentists this practice has been wonderful.All of the staff are very caring and understanding and do a great job.

Was recently ripped off by this business  Charged me $500- to remove one tooth after they ‘required’ me to have an xray taken. Must have been the maximum legal amount. I was too affected by anesthetic to notice !

Specify seeing a dentist. Extremely Cheeky. I did not realize I had to specify I wanted to see a dentist at a dental clinic. I made the booking online in a spot that appeared available. I was early as this was my first time there and understand there are forms to fill out etc. I was then taken in by a hygienist. He was polite and friendly and removed some build up I had. I advised I did have a pain a few days prior, but it had stopped at that point. He took some X-rays. He said he could not see any holes but was not 100% sure as he is a hygienist. If I wanted the dentist to have a look I would have to rebook as they didn’t have time to see me? I was becoming a little confused as I made the booking online in a spot advertised as available. Rebooking is not an option for me as I live and work remotely. I was on holidays and made the booking assuming I would be seen by a dentist. After he finished, I was taken back to the counter where I sat down to be charged by a dentist who did not have time to see me.   The real kicker is when I jumped online to make my claim through health insurance and the “dentist” appeared on the claim a dentist who I didn’t even see in the clinic that day. Different to the one who had time to charge me but no see me. No I didn’t say anything at the time as I was a little confused by it all and was trying to process what was happening.  The hygienist was friendly, and I can see this being a good clinic. I can imagine the dental clinic gets extremely busy and this is a smart business move to see more people that maybe don’t need to see a Dentist as such or who have the time to rebook appointments as they live in town. I’m assuming it’s not the staff’s decision to have a hygienist consult people as an appointment. For someone who doesn’t live in town or even close to a town the time and money I wasted is extremely frustrating.
