I'm currently a student here and here is my opinion; Good education, bad at dealing with misbehaving students and all of the students are horrible. I made a report on how a guy assaulted a girl and she was the one who got in trouble. Overall an ok school academic wise with most teachers giving good feedback and are nice excluding Mrs. Wainer or whatever her name is and terrible when it comes to student behaviour.

graduated 2023! copy-pasted from a fb post comparing nvshs and carmichael college: you're only going to have a good time if you can finesse good grades, or if your kid's naturally bright: if they need additional support from teachers as most people do!, chances are they'll fall behind even more and that's just how the cookie crumbles. thank god i've graduated, a sh:thole this place is. sure, my atar was fantastic* uq here i come but CERTAINLY did no teacher play a part. absolute joke of a science HOD noticeably bald, also a rugby coach, unfortunate facial hair, name rhymes with jane deffries: didn't teach any relevant syllabus topics for chemistry and left half his classes to pick up his kids from school despite impending external exams HAHAH i literally got warned by a few seniors who graduated years prior about his inability to care for his students and thought they were joking juniors at this school get even more FERAL each year, hope admin can do something about these anklebiters big shoutout to mr caro, ms karan, mr herbert and mr franks who made this establishment tolerable!. special mention: our yearbooks had 3 typos per page thanks for misspelling my name guys!! and the audacity to look like a laser tag invitation not the school's fault in the slightest, just thought it's a little salt on the wound ٩^‿^۶ despite nvshs becoming a little more miserable as time goes on, i'll still miss it. 2/5 stars.
School isn't the greatest on being organized.. it took nearly a whole term just so I could get my School photos This was because they had a pile of these but they were put together, not in grade levels or classes. Vaping is still an issue, toilets smell like toxic acid. This school poorly handles bullying, even the Stymie thing is poorly done because the school does nothing. Telling this as a student of NVSHS, I don't recommend going to this school.

r/AITA Many memorable experiences! Once the principal was pushed into a bush. This other time this teacher sniffed out my slightly large stud earrings and chased me down at maximum velocity! Wednesdays are nice since we don't do any learning, so very entertaining. Also all the kids despise anyone slightly different and will take the first chance they get to absolutely ruin their mentality. TLDR: Amazing school, can't wait to leave!
I've never been to this school but I'm currently in 9th grade at another high school. All I here from NVSHS is toxicity and just basically horrible things. I live nearby and I can't even leave the house without seeing students from this school, visibly representing with their uniforms on, doing bad things and being bad people. DO better
Butter chicken slapped. Everything else flopped. They don’t care. Full stop about anything or anyone but how they look online and to other people.
this school was so bad my son came home crying everyday and wanting to end it due to Mr franks and his attitude toward the loving little children at Narang bar valley. The children shouldn't have to go through such torcher instead the teachers can focus on there education.
This is the worst school in the area, I was a student and I was bullied every single day without fail for the past 2 years straight, I’ve never been to a school with such a sloppy punishment system, the kids who bully don’t learn, they never do they never change, I almost killed myself twice because of it, if you plan to send your child to this school DONT, I went to this school and it’s terrible
