The disappointment when I opened my box and had four of these ‘tenders’.nThe flavour was good but they were quite dry, and the chips were cold. Also not exactly peri-peri chips with just a lil sprinkle on the top.
An utter disappointment!nnThe paella grande and hummus we ordered were not even filled up halfway. It’s ridiculous how minuscule the serving size was for such an expensive order. We paid $66. We expected it to be worth the money. Plus, everything we ordered was cold and the chips were stale.nnPrior to writing this google review, we did what was appropriate and complained to Nando’s on their company website first. To our further disappointment, we were requested additional supporting photos of both chips and burger before they can even begin looking into our complaint in more detail. We have already finished our food by then. I also do not think we can prove how cold our food was via photos.nnI used to frequent this Nando’s a couple years ago. I was feeling nostalgic and excited when I placed my order in. Now, I don’t even feel like going back anymore. This was by far the most appalling Nando’s I’ve ever been to. It seems like many other people in the reviews feel the same.
Toilet feels a bit old but rather than that, everything good.nStaff good, food good.nWent very hard on peri peri salt on chips. I think it is waaaaay better than too less. Most of the time they spriknle on top only, but this place was fully and properly covered. Nice.
I rarely leave a bad review but very disappointed. Food cold and soggy but some bits just warm enough to give you the ick. Chicken dry. Tiny portion of chips. Wrap was basically flopped over, not much filling, all tortilla. Never buying from Palmyra again. Absolute waste of money.
Could not here yourself order because pots and music extremely high,still got order wrong this is 2nd and last time I will be coming here see my plate empty because off mix up in ordering
