A bit of a wait and very warm inside. Staff are very reserved but helpful enough.
The customer service was outstanding, the food delicious as usual and fast...I think they should implement a drive through. The downfall was the tables not really cleaned and we had to ask for folks. Also pls have a bigger slogan on the wall.
Purchased here for our first time. We got a salad and a wrap. The salad had all my favourite things in it, quinoa, feta, avocado, cheese, chicken etc and the wrap was nice too. Only issue was the food was made quick but sat on the counter for over 15 mins before it was given to us. Meaning it was cold before we even started to eat it.
The chicken from these nandos is always top notch, ussually we just grab it and go but meet up for lunch today so we ate in and got to experience the great customer service too! The store is well kept and they have all the condiments on hand which is always great at with their delicous chicken.
Probably one of the better Nando's I've ever been to, chicken is nearly always perfect, just sometimes slightly smaller portions for some reason. Eg if the 4x tenders are all small, others stores would chuck in a 5th, or extra chips.
Update on my review. Just come for lunch after refurbishment finished and the restaurant looks incredible. Just has a massive "wow" factor to it. We got greater by the store manager on arrived welcoming us, asked us where we'd like to sit and took our order straight away.
Aint nothin like nandos, except nandos of course
Thank you for the super caring and friendly staff who went beyond their normal duties to compensate for a small mistake made due to ordering through Menulog. Thank you for keeping our bellies happy and filled with deliciousness we appreciate your care
