Absolutely disgusting! Went through the drive through to get x3 large chips and had to wait in the line before paying as the car in front of us was having a long chat to the maccas worker through the window! You shouldn't need to wait because people are talking in front of you! By the time we got our chips they were gross and cold! Please try better!
The shift supervisor Coralie on duty today was shouting rudely when handling order collection issues with a food deliverer. I feel that the food deliverer is a customer too thus the shift supervisor should have given a better customer service. Also notice that my usual ice caramel deluxe coffee taste awful, diluted, and has no flavour. Poor service even worse poor drink.
The duty manager Caleb running the store when I was there today 18/9/22 had no leadership or communication skills, wasn't directing calls or enforcing the importance of moving. None of the staff looked like they wanted to be there or looked impressed... then when the store started to empty, there miraculously appeared two other looking managers..
Giving 3 stars on the food, I received an Angus deluxe with fries and a coke. Fries where chewy and cold and burger was thrown in the box, most ingredients missing the bun. Why can't you wrap up burgers. I think you like customers to struggle. coke was good. was very busy too . 5pmFood: 3/5
I took my elderly client for coffee and needed a receipt, the boy said I'll get it later as the manager was busy. We had our coffee went back for receipt manager whispered to staff member she was busy having a drink only to come at me with attitude and said she'll have to come back at a later time, I explained it's for a senior client..she'll have to come back another day. Very rude and I hope that she learns how to respect elders in future. That was dine in. 10am 20/01/23 the McCafe girl who made the coffee was very lovely.
Sad and disappointed that I wasted my first cherished maccas meal this year here. The chips were soggy and dry like they were made two days ago. Is it me or should nuggets taste like cardboard? Has it been that long since my last drunken drive through? Oh also. No napkins to mop up the mess. The double pound was yum though.
I ordered a large flat white decaf. When we received it, you could hardly taste any coffee. We asked for an extra shot of decaf coffee, only to be informed that they have ran out of decaffeinated coffee. Why couldn't they informed us before making the coffee that they don't have enough grounded coffee beans?
The worst drive through I've ever had. After I put my order through at the drive through I came to the first window and the girl didn't even repeat my order to me. I paid and she just closed the window didn't ask if I would like the receipt. When I went to collect the order the second girl went to hand me someone else's meal. Once I finally got my order as usual there was things missing and one of the burgers was just thrown together it was a mess. The attitude with this MacDonalds is so rude and has always gotten my orders wrong the management there needs to do something about this or I will go higher. Like I said I've been going to this MacDonalds for quite a few years now and I've always got to go back in as the order is wrong, now the staff is really rude and has no communication skills what so ever and this part is the management fault.
I feel that most Bunbury fast food outlets have a major issue and that's employing very young staff. Worst of the lot is KFC EAST. It is obvious that our complaints fall on deaf ears and these youngsters don't want to be there! You must go elsewhere to avoid disappointment otherwise accept it.
Went to the counter because i had an issue with the app payment, had the manager look at me 3 times before serving 2 girls that came up after me only then asking quite bluntly " did you need to order? " then used the excuse that I put it through the drive through till, but still was unable to help at all. Left without any food.
